- Can I demonstrate either a savings history or sufficient funds in my account over the last 3-6 months? or have I made extra repayments on any other loans I have?
- Have I got a clean credit history?
- Have I been employed with my current employer for 12 months or more? if not, have I been in the same industry over the last 2 years?
- Do I feel comfortable engaging in a mortgage commitment?
- Am I aware that if I apply to several lenders without taking mortgage advice that I could jeapordise my chances of getting a loan?
